First check to see if 98 came with those drivers included. I think you go to 'add hardware' in control panel but it's been so long I don't remember the exact procedure. Anyway you eventually get to a list of printers it has drivers for and if that model is showing then you just install the drivers that way. If it's not there you can look through their ftp site: ftp://ftp.panasonic.com/pub/panasonic/Drivers/Printers/ It shows 9x drivers for kx p2023 but nothing for the 2123. They may or may not work-you'd just have to try them.
